What a fantastic experience working with Scott Skare! We first met Scott about three years ago. He worked with our son when he relocated to Florida five years ago. We thought we were ready to leave Illinois and Scott was so patient showing us about a dozen properties. We landed on one in NSB but as it happened my wife wasn’t ready. Fast forward to April 2026 and circumstances changed and we completed a purchase in Daytona Beach. Scott was so helpful during the remote purchase. We highly recommend Scott Skare. Jeff was very easy to communicate and work with. He wisely advised us to delay in activating our listing until after Christmas, which resulted in a sale to the first prospective buyer within two days. Negotiations were conducted swiftly. achieving a middle ground sales price. He provided advice on how to deal with furniture that we were unable to sell and a “dead” refrigerator. He referred us to a very thorough home cleaner and did a wonderful job with the virtual staging of the home.

We could not have gotten a better agent than we had with George. My husband & I were looking for a vacation/retirement home coming from WV. I recently bought a condo in Daytona Beach. Cora Innes was my realtor. She was excellent. She helped me find the condo that was right for me. She took the time to go look at all the different condos that I was interested in. She was able to face time me with her phone while I was in Massachusetts where I live full time. She was able to find out or figure out any and all questions that I had. I was lucky to have her. I would definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends. She is very good and is even a better person.

Beyond grateful a simple inquiry lead to Brittany representing me for my first home purchase. Brittany really did everything she could to ensure I got my dream house. Not only did she have so much knowledge but told me the dos and don’ts and asked me what do I need from her to do to make this happen. She also worked around the clock and after hours, set me up with success for lenders, home insurance, appraisals etc. You name it Brittany either had it scheduled or was 5 steps ahead. She made the process very easy but also checked in with me via text over the span of my closing. We were able to close in 14 days! She was very helpful finding Home Owners Insurance for me and provided the Home Stead exemption form. I highly recommend her! She definitely works hard to save you money and knows all the local information to make the process as smooth as possible.
